PulseChain, explained and measured

A proof-of-stake blockchain and a hard fork of Ethereum mainnet. It shares Ethereum’s genesis and its whole history up to block 17,233,000, where the fork activated in May 2023 — so every contract and every balance on Ethereum at that block exists on PulseChain too, on a chain with its own validators. Its chain id is 369, and a transaction costs a fraction of a cent.

The coin PulseChain runs on. Every transaction pays its fee in PLS, validators stake it to produce blocks, and most tokens on the chain trade against it.

An independent site that reads PulseChain and its exchanges and shows what they say: live prices for PLS, PLSX, INC, HEX and the tokens you add, the chain’s size and activity, and what any address holds. One person builds it; it has no token and runs no ads.

From the chain’s own liquidity. Each token is priced from its deepest pool on PulseX, read every minute, so the figure is one a trade could actually get. Where a source does not answer, the figure is shown as missing rather than guessed.

No. Prices and charts are public data, and to see a portfolio you paste an address: nothing is connected, nothing is signed, and the address stays in your browser.

No. PulseChain is a hard fork of Ethereum, so every token that existed at the fork exists on both chains at the same address — and trades at a different price on each. The site shows them as separate assets: HEX is the PulseChain one, eHEX the original on Ethereum.

None of the largest exchanges listed PLS when the site last checked. The usual routes are a swap service that sends PLS to your own address, or bridging a coin from Ethereum. The site’s guide to buying PLS walks through it.
